A minimal tax rise, spending cuts and, first and foremost, a wage freeze, according to Yitzhak Pindrus (no. 3 on the list); professional regulation of mortgage advisers, as with the regulation of appraisers and estate agents, according to Yaakov Asher (no. 1 on the list); and applying the law also to financial service providers separated from the banking corporations, so that credit card companies too send customers a monthly notice and every citizen knows how much they pay one company and how much a competing one, in a bill by Eliyahu Baruchi (no. 12 on the list). Members of the list filed bills proposing:

• to lower the VAT rate to 17%
• to postpone by three months a new business's first income tax and VAT advance payments
• to require large retailers to report their sales data to a database that will publish market trends
• to require insurance companies to contract with insurance agents, and to set rules of ethics
• a temporary attachment with an automatic notice to the bank customer, to protect their credit rating

Splitting the role of the Attorney General, which Meir Porush (no. 4 on the list) said they would vote for in the first reading; support for the Levin-Sa'ar proposal as a compromise on the Supreme Court, according to Yitzhak Pindrus (no. 3 on the list); and a full parliamentary inquiry into the Slice affair (an affair in which savers' money invested through the Slice company in personally managed funds could not be traced), in a motion for the agenda by Yitzhak Pindrus. Members of the list filed bills proposing:

• a duty to provide information to Knesset members and to Knesset committees
• to make regulations under the Jewish Religious Services Law subject to approval by a Knesset committee
• to allow a minister or deputy minister to resign from the Knesset again under the "Norwegian Law"

A bill that would allow the two parties to a monetary dispute to choose, by agreement and in writing, to have it decided under Torah law, proposed by Moshe Gafni (no. 120 on the list, a place with no realistic chance); and including Shabbat observance in a bill to promote green energy, proposed by Yaakov Asher (no. 1 on the list). Members of the list filed bills proposing:

• to require a Shabbat mechanism in the lighting systems and water pumps of new residential buildings, and to state the Shabbat mechanism in the flat's specification
• to set in law religious conditions for detainees and prisoners in military prisons
• to add the word "kahalacha" (according to Jewish law) to the Law of Return

Criticism of the decision to extend the health funds' credit terms to "current + 60", which according to Yaakov Asher (no. 1 on the list) creates a growing deficit and makes it hard for the hospital to function; equal payment to government and public hospitals, according to Moshe Gafni (no. 120 on the list, a place with no realistic chance); funding of exactly the same amount when wages are raised, and exempting the extra beds that were opened from the law, according to Yitzhak Pindrus (no. 3 on the list); and wider subsidies for special flours, budgets for educational institutions and food vouchers for families of people with coeliac disease, according to Yaakov Asher. Members of the list filed bills proposing:

• a mobility allowance for a child on a ventilator from the age of three months
• to encourage donating surplus medicines through the health funds
• notice to people with chronic illnesses of possible entitlement to an allowance
• direct public transport lines to hospitals
• the sale of medicines by a pharmacist to a minor from the age of 15

Free education from birth, in a bill by Meir Porush (no. 4 on the list), who said that every child deserves a proper education regardless of their parents' finances; and equal pay for every teacher, according to Yitzhak Goldknopf (no. 2 on the list), who also said that kindergarten teachers are leaving the profession because they are not paid the same wage, and equal pay for Haredi kindergarten teachers and their colleagues in general education, according to Moshe Gafni (no. 120 on the list, a place with no realistic chance). Meir Porush (no. 4 on the list) filed a bill to extend the Compulsory Education Law so that it applies to young children from the age of three months to six years.

Changing the Israel Land Authority's policy and lowering the price of land for people without a home and for young couples, because according to דגל התורה the Israel Land Authority should not be run as a business that aims to maximise state revenue; increasing the supply of homes by speeding up land marketing and shortening planning and licensing procedures; and more help for first-time home buyers, alongside long-term rental projects at fair prices. These are the three main steps that דגל התורה wrote it wants to advance. Yaakov Asher (no. 1 on the list) filed bills proposing:

• joint management of long-term rental projects, so that small investors too can take part in them
• powers for a local committee to grant relief for an existing building
• quick repair of buildings damaged in the "עם כלביא" (Rising Lion) war

Meir Porush (no. 4 on the list) filed a bill for a special grant for home buyers in Jerusalem.

Speeding up the rebuilding and construction plans in the communities on the confrontation line, so that residents can return to normal life, and grants, loans and tax cuts for urban renewal in the north, according to Yaakov Asher (no. 1 on the list), who also supported an amendment to the law to speed up the development and rebuilding of communities in the Northern and Southern districts; compensation for residents of the north and the south, according to Moshe Gafni (no. 120 on the list, a place with no realistic chance); and aid for the whole town of Ofakim and not only part of it, as Gafni asked. Members of the list filed bills proposing:

• a permit to employ a foreign worker for bereaved families
• to extend the time within which victims of hostile acts can claim benefits

A duty of fair representation for a Haredi representative on the Israel Land Authority council and on the National Committee for Preferred Housing (Vatmal), as exists for Arab society, in bills by Yaakov Asher (no. 1 on the list); a discount to which each child with a disability is entitled in their own right, up to 90%, in another bill of his; and opposition to a private member's bill that made the right to vote conditional on service, in a reply that Meir Porush (no. 4 on the list) gave on behalf of the government. Moshe Roth (no. 11 on the list) filed a bill proposing to state that the right to demonstrate belongs to everyone and that the police must apply the same policy to all demonstrators.

Yaakov Asher (no. 1 on the list) filed a bill to allow paying the cheapest fare on public transport even without a smartphone, so that senior citizens and others who have no such phone are not discriminated against.

Speeding up the rebuilding and construction plans in the communities on the confrontation line, and grants, loans and tax cuts for urban renewal in the north, according to Yaakov Asher (no. 1 on the list), who also supported an amendment to the law to speed up the development of communities in the Northern and Southern districts; compensation for residents of the north and the south, according to Moshe Gafni (no. 120 on the list, a place with no realistic chance); and more attention to infrastructure and protection in the north, according to Moshe Roth (no. 11 on the list), who said that Israeli governments have neglected the north.

Free education from birth, for every child regardless of their parents' finances, in a bill by Meir Porush (no. 4 on the list); five more weeks of paid maternity leave for mothers of a child with a complex disability, in a bill by Yaakov Asher (no. 1 on the list); and a lower price of land for young couples, according to דגל התורה. Members of the list filed bills proposing:

• to base admission to a day-care centre, and the state's share of its fees, on the mother's work or studies only
• to allow the mother of a young child with a disability to choose to extend maternity leave by five weeks

Separate legislation to defer the service of Torah students; voting against the 2026 budget as long as the status of Torah students has not been settled in law without sanctions and without quotas, on the instruction of the Council of Torah Sages to the representatives of אגודת ישראל, according to Yitzhak Goldknopf (no. 2 on the list); and opposition to a bill that made the right to vote conditional on service, in the government's reply given by Meir Porush (no. 4 on the list). According to Yitzhak Pindrus (no. 3 on the list), no yeshiva student is supposed to enlist, but Haredim who are not yeshiva students should enlist.

Splitting the role of the Attorney General, which Meir Porush (no. 4 on the list) said they would vote for in the first reading; and support for the Levin-Sa'ar proposal as a compromise on the Supreme Court, according to Yitzhak Pindrus (no. 3 on the list).

The same pay for every teacher, in Haredi educational institutions too, where according to Moshe Gafni (no. 120 on the list, a place with no realistic chance) a Haredi teacher who teaches core subjects earns 40% less than her counterpart in Tel Aviv, and equal pay for Haredi kindergarten teachers and their colleagues in general education; 600 million shekels for "Ofek Hadash" for teachers in the Independent Education network, in the base budget, according to Gafni; and voting against increasing the political budget ("the security box") for Strock's ministry, according to a statement by Yitzhak Goldknopf (no. 2 on the list), who said that education budgets for children of the Haredi public are being cut to pay for it.

Opposition to the opposition's civil marriage bill, which according to Yitzhak Goldknopf (no. 2 on the list) tramples on the Torah and goes against the alliance between הליכוד (Likud) and the Haredi parties; and keeping the status quo, as according to דגל התורה was agreed between הליכוד and יהדות התורה.

Applying sovereignty over all of Judea and Samaria (the West Bank), in the bill Avi Maoz filed in the 25th Knesset, which Meir Porush (no. 4 on the list) supported with the blessing of the great rabbis of Israel, and together with others called on the chair of the Foreign Affairs and Defence Committee to advance the debates on it; if it is not advanced, Porush will consider a bill to apply sovereignty over the large cities in the settlement blocs and over Greater Jerusalem; and strengthening settlement, as Yitzhak Goldknopf (no. 2 on the list) wrote in an answer to a ynet questionnaire. Meir Porush (no. 4 on the list) filed a bill to apply Israeli law, jurisdiction and administration to Modi'in Illit, Beitar Illit, Ma'ale Adumim and Ariel.
