Religious Zionism - Zehut
General positionהציונות הדתית: Religious Zionism pledges a draft law that would lead to the enlistment of Haredim and a Basic Law: Those Who Serve, under which those who serve more receive more, and presents this as a central demand in any coalition agreement. In March 2026, Bezalel Smotrich (no. 1 on the list) announced that the draft law would not be advanced for now.
זהות: Zehut proposes compulsory service of up to one month for the whole population, including the Haredim, with release home with a weapon and short reserve duty every year. Moshe Feiglin (no. 2 on the list) wrote that the Haredim should enlist but not in "another political round", and that to solve the IDF's manpower shortage, the 100,000 soldiers who were released should be brought back to service.
The list's components disagree on this topic. הציונות הדתית (Religious Zionism) seeks a law that would lead to the enlistment of Haredim; זהות (Zehut) proposes replacing compulsory service with a month of training for the whole population.
Zvi Sukkot (no. 7 on the list) of הציונות הדתית (Religious Zionism) filed a bill to set in Basic Law: The Army that military service will be carried out while protecting the right of the person serving to a religious way of life.

United Torah Judaism
Detailed positionThe list calls for settling in law the status of Torah students without sanctions and without quotas, so that yeshiva students are not drafted and not arrested.
Separate legislation to defer the service of Torah students; voting against the 2026 budget as long as the status of Torah students has not been settled in law without sanctions and without quotas, on the instruction of the Council of Torah Sages to the representatives of אגודת ישראל, according to Yitzhak Goldknopf (no. 2 on the list); and opposition to a bill that made the right to vote conditional on service, in the government's reply given by Meir Porush (no. 4 on the list). According to Yitzhak Pindrus (no. 3 on the list), no yeshiva student is supposed to enlist, but Haredim who are not yeshiva students should enlist.
Moshe Gafni (no. 120 on the list, a place with no realistic chance) and Yaakov Asher (no. 1 on the list) filed the bill Basic Law: Torah Study, which the Knesset passed on 13.7.2026 and which states that Torah study is a fundamental value in the heritage of the Jewish people and in the State of Israel.
According to Meir Porush (no. 4 on the list) on 13.07.2026, the Knesset would give final approval that day to the bill that stops the arrest of Torah students.
