Appointing an Attorney General, a State Attorney and two thirds of the High Court justices in the next term, and cancelling the court's precedents; and according to Israel Katz (no. 6 on the list), if the list wins the election, it will finish the job of closing Army Radio. Shlomo Karhi (no. 23 on the list) said in the government's reply that the government decided to support, in the preliminary reading, another Knesset member's bill on the Military Advocate General, on condition that the post is under the command of the Chief of Staff, professionally independent and not subject to the Attorney General's legal advice, and said that he had earlier filed a bill to set up a constitutional court to be chosen by the Knesset. Ofir Katz (no. 8 on the list) filed bills proposing:

Detailed positionThe list's three parties oppose administrative detention and the death penalty, and Ofer Cassif (no. 6 on the list) proposes strengthening the independence of the Police Internal Investigations Department.
Ending administrative detention entirely and releasing the administrative detainees (Ofer Cassif, no. 6 on the list; בל"ד). Ahmad Tibi (no. 2 on the list) says that anyone against whom there is evidence should be brought before a court, and expresses opposition in principle to the death penalty, as does Ofer Cassif. בל"ד calls on the international community to put pressure to stop the death penalty law. Ofer Cassif proposes legislation that would strengthen the independence of the Police Internal Investigations Department from the police and the government, with a retired judge at its head and administrative sanctions on violent police officers already at the stage of handling complaints. Ahmad Tibi (no. 2 on the list) filed a bill, an amendment to Basic Law: The Judiciary, under which the rules of court procedure would come into force only after approval by the Knesset's Constitution Committee.
